• There will be NO FOOD provided at this event. Water will be available.

• The first 20 minutes will have optional icebreakers and games, and other small games may be facilitated in different areas.

• There are stairs to the floor of the event.

• Music will be groovy dance-able until 9:30pm, after that chill and sexy
